The CD/Manual package includes an audio recording of a live seminar on CDs, along with a bound copy of the manual that was distributed at the seminar. The manual contains written materials prepared by the seminar speaker(s).

The CDs contain embedded number codes, which you are required to document and return to HalfMoon if you wish to obtain a certificate of completion for the program. The acceptance of self-administered continuing education activities vary widely between states and professions. Before undertaking any self-study effort, you should review the rules of your licensing/certifying entity.

Gina Constant

Ms. Constant is director of Romero & Constant PC, practicing primarily in the areas of litigation and intellectual property, specifically, patent, copyright and trademark law. She was formerly a chemical engineer by trade before joining the management ranks of corporate America. She has also been instrumental in the success of her husband’s Albuquerque-based health care business. Her intellectual property practice focuses on helping individuals and businesses identify their intellectual property and then protect it through copyright and trademark registrations, patents, licensing agreements and assignments. Ms. Constant is a registered patent attorney with the US Patent and Trademark Office.

Bart Kinney

Mr. Kinney is managing director of the Albuquerque office of USI Insurance Services. Previously, he was President of Kinney Agency, Inc., an Albuquerque-based independent insurance agency. In business for over 45 years, Kinney Agency, Inc., enjoyed national recognition as a Best Practices Agency continuously from 1996 through 2006. In 2010, Mr. Kinney joined Wells Fargo Insurance Services upon its merger with Kinney Agency, Inc. USI Insurance Services acquired the location in 2014.

Ray S. Leonard, PE

Mr. Leonard is the managing partner of Ad Astra LLC, where he serves as a consulting engineer in civil engineering structures and construction adhesives for CMU and adobe construction. He also serves as a consultant on project controls, construction management and project management. Mr. Leonard is also an adjunct professor in the Civil Engineering Department at the University of New Mexico, where he teaches classes on Engineering Ethics and Project Controls. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the New Mexico Society of Professional Engineers.

John Rebstock

Mr. Rebstock is an Albuquerque attorney whose practice is concentrated in design and construction-related matters. He was a partner with the law firm of Calvert Menicucci, P.C., for 10 years and now has his own firm, Law Office of John W. Rebstock, LLC, doing legal work related to construction and engineering for other firms as an independent contractor. Mr. Rebstock is a registered professional engineer, licensed in Texas, with extensive experience in design and construction of industrial and public works projects. He is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico and the State Bar of Texas (inactive). Mr. Rebstock represents architects and engineers, owners, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in all areas related to construction. He holds a bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech, a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Mexico.
