The CD/Manual package includes an audio recording of a live seminar on CDs, along with a bound copy of the manual that was distributed at the seminar. The manual contains written materials prepared by the seminar speaker(s).
The CDs contain embedded number codes, which you are required to document and return to HalfMoon if you wish to obtain a certificate of completion for the program. The acceptance of self-administered continuing education activities vary widely between states and professions. Mr. Nudelman counsels owners, developers, contractors and suppliers in a wide variety of matters involving public as well as private construction projects in New Jersey. He regularly handles matters in state and federal courts, in both New Jersey and New York, as well as construction and commercial arbitrations, mediations and disputes before the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. Mr. Nudelman also defends clients against building code violations, fire code violations and other claims brought by local construction officials in municipal construction boards of appeals in counties and cities throughout New Jersey. Additionally, he assists clients with contract negotiation and drafting, with an emphasis on efficiency and practical results. In addition to his construction and commercial practices, Mr. Nudelman has represented insured owners and lenders prosecuting and defending title insurance claims on behalf of national underwriters. Mr. Nudelman has prosecuted and defended claims involving trespass, easements, adverse possession, limited liability company fraud, boundary disputes, equitable subrogation and title defects.
Owner, Charles A. Spitz, AIA, NCARB
Mr. Spitz earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas and a Master of City and Regional Planning degree from Rutgers University, and he is a graduate of the United States Naval War College. He is a registered architect in five states and specializes in providing forensic architecture and building diagnostic services as well as providing building code consulting services. Mr. Spitz is a former member and past president of the New Jersey State Board of Architects and has served on building code committees for AIA, NCARB, BOCA, ICC, AIA/NJ and several other national organizations. He is a member of the ICC Building Code Interpretations Committee, the Board of Directors of the Building Seismic Safety Council and the Board of Directors of the Consultative Council of the National Institute of Building Science.
