The CD/Manual package includes an audio recording of a live seminar on CDs, along with a bound copy of the manual that was distributed at the seminar. The manual contains written materials prepared by the seminar speaker(s).

The CDs contain embedded number codes, which you are required to document and return to HalfMoon if you wish to obtain a certificate of completion for the program. The acceptance of self-administered continuing education activities vary widely between states and professions. Before undertaking any self-study effort, you should review the rules of your licensing/certifying entity.

Mr. Crivelli has made a career out of protecting and serving those who need it most. At age 18, he committed to the U.S. Army as a cadet in the Indiana University R.O.T.C. program. Upon graduation Mr. Crivelli was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army. During his time at Indiana University he realized that knowledge was power against the injustices we as individuals face, and he decided to attend law school to better serve this country and the ideals it represents. After graduating from Indiana University, Mr. Crivelli attended Indiana University School of Law. He began active duty service in the United States Army upon graduation from law school. As a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, he was initially stationed at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio where he spent the first four years of his military career helping victims as a prosecutor and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney.

Ms. Foley is a trial attorney who represents clients in complex litigation matters related to products liability, mass torts, malpractice, and errors and omissions.
