This seminar is open to the public and offers 6.5 PDHs to professional engineers in all states. HalfMoon Education is an approved engineer continuing education provider in North Carolina (S-0130). It offers 6.5 HSW contact hours/CE hours to architects in all states, except Florida.
This event is approved by the American Institute of Architects Continuing Education System for 6.5 HSW Learning Units (Sponsor No. J885). Courses approved by the AIA qualify for North Carolina architects. Only full attendance can be reported to the AIA.

Mr. McConnell’s parking design and consulting experience encompasses more than 20 years of work with airports, governmental agencies, and with military, transit, higher education, resort, healthcare, and corporate clients. He is well-versed in precast concrete, cast-in-place concrete, and steel construction. Mr. McConnell’s experience includes numerous restoration, parking study, and programming projects. Several of his projects have received LEED certification, including Colorado State University’s Lake Street parking facility, which received LEED Gold.
