Continuing Education Credit Information

This seminar is open to the public and offers 6.5 continuing education hours/PDHs to professional engineers and 6.5 contact hours to architects in all states, except Florida architects.  HalfMoon Education is an approved continuing education provider for Indiana engineers.

This course offers 6.5 HSW contact hours to landscape architects in most states, including Indiana.  Educators and courses are not subject to preapproval in Indiana.

The American Institute of Architects has approved this course for 6.5 Learning Units (Sponsor No. J885) and the Landscape Architecture Continuing education System has approved it for 6.5 HSW PDHs.  Only full attendance can be reported to the AIA/CES and the LA/CES.

HalfMoon Education is deemed an approved architect and landscape architect continuing education sponsor in New York.  HalfMoon Education is an approved, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey (Approval No. 24GP00000700), New York (NYSED Sponsor No. 35), North Carolina, and North Dakota.

This seminar offers a non-credit continuing education opportunity to construction contractors.  It has not been approved by any contractor licensing board for continuing education credit.

Attendance will be monitored, and attendance certificates will be available after the seminar for most individuals who complete the entire event.  Attendance certificates not available at the seminar will be mailed to participants within fifteen business days.

Speakers:

Kris Holeyfield, PE

Veridus Group in Indianapolis
Mr. Holeyfield is a graduate of Texas A&M University witha degree in Civil Engineering.  He has been in the industry for 12 years and is licensed in the states of Texas and Indiana.  Mr. Holeyfield specializes in civil engineering land development ranging from commercial/retail development and industrial development, to small site civil projects, education projects and more.  He also has a background in transportation planning and operations. He is part of Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders program and is involved in community development and outreach.   Mr. Holeyfield joined The Veridus Group in January 2017 and leads the civil design studio for the group.

Timothy M. Jensen, PE, LEED AP, CPESC

Mr. Jensen is the founder, president and principal engineer at the Veridus Group.  He has been involved in a number of high profile projects throughout his career including large municipal projects, sustainable master planning, large campuses and mixed-use complexes.  Mr. Jensen specializes in representing project owners in complex projects.  His creative, sustainable, collaborative approach to issues assists clients through the most difficult projects and circumstances.  Mr. Jensen is a graduate of Purdue University’s School of Civil Engineering and is licensed in five states. He and his staff primarily focus on commercial site development, schools, athletic facilities and all aspects of stormwater management for their clients. Mr. Jensen started the Veridus Group in 2011 to provide a civil engineering consultancy alternative in the regional market.
