Founder and Principal of Stafford Inspections, Dallas
Since founding Stafford Inspections in 1984, Mr. Stafford has performed more than 12,000 inspections and has trained and mentored over 250 inspectors. His memberships and professional affiliations include the American Society of Home Inspectors, the International Code Council, and the National Association of Wastewater Technicians. Certifications include technical trainer and field trainer through the American Home Inspectors Training Institute, International Code Council residential combination code certification, and Resnet energy audit certification. As a restoration specialist (1979-1998), he was the recipient of two awards for renovations to historically significant residences. Mr. Stafford is also president of Real Estate Training Systems, a proprietary school in the state of Texas providing continuing education and core real estate courses for home inspection licenses. He has been an instructor and sponsoring inspector in Texas since 1987.
