Continuing Education Credit Information

This seminar is open to the public and offers 6.5 HSW continuing education hours to architects and 6.5 PDHs to professional engineers in all states, excluding Florida architects.  Educators and courses are not subject to preapproval in Ohio.

This seminar is approved by the American Institute of Architects for 6.5 HSW Learning Units (Sponsor No. J8850).  Only full attendance can be reported to the AIA/CES.

Art J. Hunkele, P.E., MASCE

Mr. Hunkele, principal, of New Millenium Building Engineers, LLC, founded the company with his wife/office manager in 2005.  His company serves the light commercial, and residential markets specializing in foundation, and structural failure investigation, repair design and structural detailing design for new construction.  Mr. Hunkele serves architects, realtors, building owners, solar panel dealers, contractors and buyers and sellers of residential and light commercial building projects.  He is a member of national, state and local organizations of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the National Society of Professional Engineers.  Mr. Hunkele is also a National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers board certified inspector.  Before New Millennium Building Engineers, LLC, he was with a well-known national/international construction management firm for 28 years.
