This seminar is open to the public and offers 7.0 PDHs to professional engineers and 7.0 HSW continuing education hours to architects in all states, except Florida architects. This course also offers 7.0 continuing education hours to New Hampshire home inspectors. Educators and course are not subject to preapproval in New Hampshire.
This seminar is approved by the American Institute of Architects for 7.0 HSW Learning Units (Sponsor No. J885). Only full attendance can be reported to the AIA/CES.

Ryan R. Roy, PE
New England Regional Manager for Whitestone Associates
Mr. Roy is a licensed professional engineer in 13 states and the District of Columbia and has managed projects throughout the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. As regional manager, Mr. Roy manages Whitestone’s Rocky Hill, Connecticut, and Southborough, Massachusetts, offices and is responsible for Whitestone’s New England operations. He has extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and inspection, and environmental services. Mr. Roy has served as the special inspector coordinator and agent on thousands of projects ranging from small retail buildings to municipal co-generation facilities throughout the Northeast. He has also reviewed the variations that exist between special inspections programs throughout the United States. Additionally, Mr. Roy has completed numerous forensic investigations of existing buildings ranging from cosmetic damage to degradation of concrete and structural steel in older structures.
