Continuing Education Credit Information

This seminar is open to the public. It offers 7.0 HSW continuing education hours to architects and 7.0 PDHs to professional engineers in all states. Educators and courses are not subject to preapproval in Pennsylvania.

HalfMoon Education is an approved continuing education sponsor for architects in Florida and is deemed an approved sponsor in New York. HalfMoon Education is an approved continuing education sponsor for engineers in Florida, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey (Approval No. 24GP00000700), New York (NYSED Sponsor No. 35), North Carolina, and North Dakota.

Speakers:

Wendy Talarico, LEED AP

Ms. Talarico consults with architects and engineers throughout the Northeast to provide continuing education on a range of subjects from codes to building science. She is an instructor for Urban Green/New York State Energy Research and Development Authority’s “Conquering the Code,” an eight-hour energy code class in New York State. Ms. Talarico was a member of the engineering outreach team for the Brick Industry Association, and she is an award-winning journalist with more than 25 years of experience as a writer and editor for such publications as Architectural Record and This Old House.
