This seminar is open to the public and offers New York attorneys 8.0 traditional, area of professional practice CLE hours, and 1.5 ethics hours, suitable for experienced and newly admitted attorneys.

HalfMoon Education Inc. is certified by the NY State CLE Board as an accredited provider of CLE programs. HalfMoon Education Inc. is a New Jersey CLE service provider (No. 164), and this course offers 8.0 CLE hours to New Jersey attorneys. This course contains 1.5 ethics hours.

The Pennsylvania CLE Board has approved this seminar for 6.5 CLE hours which includes 1.5 ethics hours and 5.0 substantive hours for attorneys.

This event is approved by the American Institute of Architects for 6.5 HSW Learning Units (Sponsor No. J885). Courses approved by the AIA qualify for New Jersey architects. Only full attendance can be reported to the AIA/CES.

The New York State Education Department considers courses as approved for New York State mandatory continuing education for professional engineers if the sponsor’s courses are approved by the American Institute of Architects Continuing Education System andare in approved subject areas.

This seminar also provides 6.5 continuing education hours, including 1.0 ethics hour, to New York professional engineers and land surveyors.

Attendance will be monitored and attendance certificates will be available after the seminar for most individuals who complete the entire event. Attendance certificates not available at the seminar will be mailed to participants within fifteen business days.


Matthew A. Noviello

Principal in Noviello & Noviello, Esqs., and Principal in Matthew A. Noviello, P.E., L.S., in Carmel, New York
Mr. Noviello is an attorney-at-law, a professional engineer, and land surveyor who enjoys teaching. He has taught real property law, survey law and, more recently, alpine skiing. Mr. Noviello received his masters of engineering degree, his bachelor of science degree in Industrial Engineering, with honors, and his AAS degree in Engineering, all from Rochester Institute of Technology. He received his juris doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark. Mr. Noviello has maintained professional engineering firm and general practice law firms since 1984 and has practiced land surveying since 1991, ten years in industry and six years in government. He is a licensed professional engineer in the states of New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Noviello is a New York and Connecticut licensed land surveyor. He holds law licenses in New York State Courts, US Supreme Court, Federal Court for the Southern District of New York and Federal Court for the State of New Jersey.
