Each webinar session earns continuing education credit and can be registered for individually. All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.

Certificates of completion will be provided for each webinar attended and will be sent via email in PDF form about five business days after the conclusion of the series.

Feng Mu, Ph.D., P.E.

Senior Flatwork Engineer at PNA

Dr. Mu is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas, and he has over 10 years of experience in concrete paving, engineering and research. Dr. Mu has a master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering and a doctorate degree in Pavement Engineering. He has authored over 30 peer-reviewed technical papers, some of which have been highly recognized or awarded in the pavement community. He currently serves on the Pavement Maintenance Committee of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) of the National Academies. He is also the co-chair of the Pavement Design Committee of the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA). Dr. Mu has developed optimized paving solutions and life cycle analysis/assessment for many roadway, commercial and industrial projects.

Tyler Speakmon, Ph.D.

Tyler Speakmon, Ph.D. is a senior paving engineer at CEMEX. Mr. Speakmon is currently an engineer-in-training, and he has over 10 years of experience with concrete paving, engineering, design, and research. He has a master’s degree in Civil-Structural Engineering and a doctorate degree in Civil-Materials Engineering from Texas A&M University. Mr. Speakmon has worked with mix design, structural design, life cycle analyses and many other aspects of concrete paving. He serves on the Pavement Design Committee for the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA)
