Webinar Instructions

Each webinar session earns continuing education credit and can be registered for individually. All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.


Certificates of completion will be provided for each webinar attended and will be sent via email in PDF form about five business days after the conclusion of the series.


Webinars are presented via GoToWebinar, an easy-to-use application that can be run on most systems and tablets. Instructions and login information will be provided in an email sent close to the date of the webinar. It is highly recommended that you download, install and test the application before the webinar begins by clicking on the link in the email.

Speakers:

Mark Gibbons

BIM Manager/Senior Architectural Designer at O|X Studio, Inc

Mr. Gibbons has more than 15 years of experience working in architecture offices, both large and small, and he gained experience in small business ownership through developing his own business in architectural consulting. Through designing, developing construction documents and working with clients, consultants and contractors throughout a project’s lifecycle, Mr. Gibbons has gained experience with all levels of the architecture process. This experience provides him with crucial input in regards to BIM-related development and procedures. As a BIM manager, Mr. Gibbons works with the firm’s principals to stay ahead of the technology curve and direct the firm in its continued adoption of building information modeling. Mr. Gibbons provides support, training, and assistance for staff, consultants and clients to maximize the development of all projects. He has experience as BIM manager with multiple firms throughout southeast Michigan, and also teaches Revit and BIM to faculty and students at the University of Michigan. This experience gives him a rounded approach to the best practices in assisting firms to work with their clients to meet a project’s fullest potential. Mr. Gibbons provides support, training, and assistance for staff, consultants and clients to maximize the development of all projects. He also organized and leads the Huron Valley BIM User Group for the Ann Arbor, Michigan, area.
