Each webinar session earns continuing education credit and can be registered for individually. All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. Certificates of completion will be provided for each webinar attended and will be sent via email in PDF form about five business days after the conclusion of the series.

Ms. Dowling is a passionate advocate for her clients, across various industries and sectors. She holds a B.S. degree, cum laude, in Business Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and a J.D. degree, cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and she has been admitted to practice in California and Arizona. Using her unique background that couples a strong understanding of business with her legal skills, Ms. Dowling represents a wide variety of public charities, private foundations, and other nonprofit organizations, including museums, religious and faith-based organizations, social welfare organizations, sports-based organizations, business leagues, educational institutions and social clubs. She is an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego, and serves as the supervising attorney at the Nonprofit & Business Clinic at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Ms. Harris has over twenty years of executive, development, and leadership experience within the nonprofit sector and within socially innovative businesses. Ms. Harris graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2000, and subsequently earned her Master of Arts degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management in 2010. Ms. Harris has been admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia. Ms. Harris founded For Purpose Law Group (FPLG) in 2012 in recognition of a largely underserved nonprofit sector. FPLG offers a full spectrum approach to both nonprofit clients and emerging social enterprise clients. Ms. Harris currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego’s School of Leadership & Education Sciences (SOLES), teaching an upper level course on nonprofit law and risk management.
