Each webinar session earns continuing education credit and can be registered for individually. All attendees must log-on through their own email – attendees may not watch together if they wish to earn continuing education credit. HalfMoon Education Inc. must be able to prove attendance if either the attendee or HalfMoon Education Inc. is audited.

Certificates of completion will be provided for each webinar attended and will be sent via email in PDF form about five business days after the conclusion of the series.

Webinars are presented via GoToWebinar, an easy-to-use application that can be run on most systems and tablets. Mr. Vierthaler has been involved in multifamily real estate for 25 years. He has long provided turnkey services for the acquisition and repositioning of multifamily properties, for both himself and the partnerships that he has worked for or been involved in. Mr. Vierthaler bachelor’s degree in Construction Management gives him the unique ability to undertake complicated projects with a high degree of confidence resulting in a successful outcome. He is an active investor in many clean technology companies and is a member of Element8, a clean technology and sustainability angel investor group. He has assisted many companies in this space with their “go to market” strategies.

Course Description: This course examines ways in which to reduce fuel costs and electric bills by installing triple pane windows, air barrier siding membranes, and LED lighting and solar panels. It also explores available charging products on the market and new technology for car electric charging for automobiles.

Learners will be able to identify and describe the environmental and occupant benefits of installing triple pane windows and air barrier siding membranes in residential and small commercial buildings.

Learners will be able to identify and describe the environmental and occupant benefits of installing solar panels and LED lighting to limit energy consumption.

Learners will be able to discuss new technology that is available to property owners and building occupants to charge electric cars.
